Andrew Bulmer

A Fellow of the Institute of Residential Property Management and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Andrew started his residential PRS and leasehold management practice in 1995, selling in 2011. Andrew was UK Residential Director at RICS from 2013-2016, before joining IRPM, the UK’s leading provider of professional qualifications and learning in the leasehold management and Build-to-Rent sectors. Andrew is passionate about raising standards across the residential property management sectors and encouraging property professionals to be a progressive and ethical force for good.

Sioban Calcott

I am a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team having worked in law for around 30 years. Originally a legal secretary, I qualified as a Legal Executive in 2002. My area of expertise is Commercial and Civil litigation, prosecuting or defending disputes between landlords and tenants, neighbours, directors/ shareholders, including residential property cases, breach of contract/covenant claims, professional negligence, injunctions, defamation and breach of confidentiality, Data Protection Act matters. The complex high net worth cases I work on are often heard in the Multi-track of the High Court, the First-tier Tribunal or the Upper Tribunal.

Sharan Dhadda

From the tender age of 16, I knew I wanted to become a lawyer. After completing my Legal Practice Course, I began my career at Brethertons in 2009 as a paralegal. I completed my Training Contract and was admitted to the roll as a Solicitor in May 2012. I became an Associate Solicitor in April 2014. I specialise in landlord and tenant disputes, property litigation, breaches of lease, lease extensions, enfranchisement claims, right to manage claims, the granting of new leases, deeds of variations, licences for alterations and licences to assign. Generally, if you have a leasehold query, then get in touch! I would be happy to assist. I am also the Customer Relationship Contact for our Residential Leasehold and Property Litigation teams. I enjoy building relationships and expanding my network.

Kevin joined the IRPM as Head of Training following a highly successful career at a specialist facilities management company, and an award-winning residential property management firm. Kevin has taken a leading role in developing IRPM qualifications for managing agents that are widely recognised and accepted by our industry. A hugely popular speaker, author and presenter Kevin delivers engaging sessions based on market insights and standards on subjects as diverse as innovation, performance and management.

Roger Hardwick

Roger Hardwick

Roger specialises in residential leasehold property law. His work includes statutory lease extensions, collective enfranchisement and right to manage claims; freehold acquisitions; ground rent portfolio sales and purchases; residential service charge disputes; applications to the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and appeals to the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber), including applications to determine service charge liabilities, applications to appoint a manager and applications to vary leases. Roger was recognised as a ‘Leader in the Field’ by the Chambers & Partners Guide to the UK Legal Profession 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 and has won both the Solicitor of the Year and Regional Professional of the year at the Enfranchisement and Right to Manage awards in 2017 and 2018.

Dr Shaun Lundy

Shaun is a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner and Chartered Building Engineer with over 20 years of experience. Prior to joining 4site Shaun was Head of the Built Environment Department at the University of Greenwich. In addition to his day job as Technical Director at 4site Shaun is a visiting Scholar at the University of Greenwich, a member of the Health and safety Executives Myth Buster Challenge Panel, and a Member of the Professional Standards Committee at the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health. Shaun’s research interests include leadership, education and competence in health & safety practice.

Bukola Obadun-Craigs

Bukola is a Partner specialising in residential property management litigation. She has practised in the field for over 12 years and advises on all aspects of housing law including housing management and leasehold management. Her specialisms include litigation, as well as appearances before the First-tier Tribunal, non-contentious advice on housing policy and regulatory compliance. Bukola is recognised in The Legal 500 2017 and 2018, and in 2019 is referred to as a “next generation lawyer” in respect of the wide range of areas she practises, under the umbrella of housing management litigation.
